Suggest Treatment For Back Injury

r an appointment with a gyn. had a back injury about 5 weeks ago, diagnosed as strain of lumbar paraspinous muscle. It didn,t get any better with time, so I went to my follow-up, and was ordered to have a CT scan The scan shows an ovarian cyst, the size of a peach.I am waiting for an appointment with a Gyn. What are my chances of this being cancer? I am an active 69 year old. What would be the normal procedure for this? Can it be a non-invasive surgery?

Hi,

It may be a simple muscular pain. As the first line of management, you can try analgesics like acetaminophen or Tramadol. If symptoms persist, consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated.

Nothing to worry about but cancer and it has got nothing to do with cancer.
