Suggest Treatment For Azoospermia

iam married for 7yrs. underwent many tets. when my husband underwent semen analysis it showd that he has azoospermia. his sister does,nt have children, even his uncle and aunty also does,nt have. is my husbands condition is genetic?. is there any treatment for it? he is not accepting it and not coming forward to undergo treatment. but i want a child, my younger sisters got married after me and got babies. how should i prepare my husband to undergo treatment.

As an Urologist,i can fully understand your anxiety.
Yes,infertility can be hereditary,like azoospermia.
Regarding treatment,one has to know the cause of azoospermia first.
A testicular biopsy will establish the cause of azoospermia.
He needs to know his hormone profile, like,FSH,LH,PRL,and testosterone.
