Suggest Treatment For Auxiliary Freckles All Over The Upper Body

I m 33 yr old female. I have auxiliary freckling under my forearms, underarms (arm pits), neck, under my breasts. If the freckles are irritated; ie, a surf board under my arms, bra, they will bleed. I am wondering if it could ITP - low platelets, or neurofibromatosis. I also have hypothyroid and anxiety. I am on levothyroxine 100 for hypothyroid and Zoloft 50 for my anxiety. I ve been diagnosed with an underlying autoimmune disorder in the past but was not tested to figure out which one. I am very tired the majority of the time and have a weak immune system (including spinal meningitis at 3 months old). I also have two café au lait spots on the side of my stomach. I had a very severe case of HELLP (low platelets) when I delivered my daughter at 30 weeks. I am also wondering if the auxillary freckling could be the cause of a vitamin deficiency? Thank you!
