Hello and welcome to HCM,
Your history is definitely suggestive of allergy and montek lc tablet will help to alleviate the symptoms of allergy.
However, whether the symptoms experienced by you qualify for asthma need to be determined.
This is because asthma is a separate disease entity which is managed according to type and frequency of symptoms.
You may continue montek lc to control the symptoms.
However, I suggest you to consult a pulmonologist for clinical assessment and to diagnose asthma and its type.
Treatment will be decided on the basis of clinical features and symptomatology.

Thanks and take care
