Suggest Treatment For Asthenospermia Based On This Sperm Analysis Report

I m 30 years old Married, I have Asthenospermia as per the following test result for my seminal fluid analysis:
Volum: 3mL, pH:Alakaline, Colour: Greyish, Liquefaction time : 30 min, Viscocity : Semiviscous,
MOTILITY a.Rapid: NIL b.Sluggish: NIL c. Non Motile: 100%, Count:44 million/cc, Microscopic findings a.RBC: nil/HPF, PusCells :0-1/HPF, Epithelialcells: Occasional/HPF,
Impression: Asthenospermia (IMMOTILE/DEAD SPERMATOZOA)
What are causes the Asthenospermia? Would you please advise according to the above test result what is solution for me to do in order to have children? Kindly guide me to improve my test results. Your earliest reply in same matter shall be highly apprecaited. Thanks Suresh

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern....
As per your semen analysis report you are suffering from complete asthenospermia, there is no viable sperm in your semen sample. However the diagnosis should not be made on single sperm analysis.
This problem can arise from metabolic deficencies, radiation, structural abnormalities of the sperm, etc
Normally there are very less chances to have baby naturally. A method to increase the chance of pregnancy is ICSI (Intracytoplasmic sperm injection) .In this in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedure is done, in which a single sperm is injected directly into an egg.
