Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

all the conditions you are suffering from are difficult conditions to treat and you should not expect one hundred percent relief in pain with any method. Certain medicines may help to reduce pain or increase your pain tolerance like mild anxiolytics ( I use alprazolam in my patients) , or duloxetine , gabapentin . You should exercises regularly to build up muscle strength. Use of muscle relaxants sometimes relieves the spasm and indirectly reduce pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
