Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have lump in armpit . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like allergy reaction , side effect of some medicine , lymphadenopathy and breast cancer . I would suggest you to consult general surgeon for proper examination without any delay , because discharge of fluid is not a good sign . Doctor may order complete blood profile , mammogram , chest x ray , biopsy and examine physically about tenderness . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics at least for a week along with anti inflammatory and may recommend radiation therapy .

Hope your query has been resolved .
Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
