Suggest Treatment For Anxiety

hello , i am 24 years old woman i am a pharmacist , successful at my work all through my life i have suffered low level of anxiety i have dealt with it through exercising and social activities recently i have reached a burnout point and somewhat depressing state especially after working for about 2 years 12 hours a day , 6 days per week . through this stage i tried taking violin classes , but i dropped it i became so exhausted so , i took librax as i was suffering also irritable bowel syndrome , it relieved me for about 6 months , but i became depressed and drowsy all the time two months ago , i searched medical assistance , she prescribed first something antidepressant then , Nodeprine a weak anxiolytic and now i am on this Anxiolytic and dogmatil 50 mg this weekend i took IELTS english exam , i did well thanks god more than i expected but the day before the exam , i took librax pill to calm me down also , i exercised for about 3 hours so i was wondering is this regimen well for me am i doing well ??? what should i do ????? thanks for your time

hiii dear

apart from medicines ,, it is good that u r doing exercise
plz continue the sane and add on like meditations,,yoga,,listening music
enjoy your hobbies
do pleasurable activities
proper sleep and diet
hang out with frds and family
open communication with them

try to identify small small anxiety trigger events and modified it
daily fix scheduling will help

in medicines i prefer paroxetine 12.5 mg controlled releasable along with etizolam 0.5 mg

do deep breathing or progressive muscle relaxation exercise
