Suggest Treatment For Anxiety

Hello, I am suffering from anxiety attack. I am 20 year old male. A few months back I had a lump on my head and one on my neck. The tests were normal but I became hypochondriac. Since then I have anxiety all the time. I can sit my class, I feel dizzy and think that another anxiety attack is gonna happen. My hands and feet remain cold and I sometimes feel cold.
I don't know if it's anxiety, but if it is anxiety, how do I get rid of it!

Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The problem that you are having is very common and dont think that you are the only one. This is an anxiety disorder and needs proper treatment. I would suggest that you go ahead with cognitive behavioural therapy. In this therapy weekly sessions are taken focusing on your inappropriate thoughts that you are harbouring and then they are replaced with the rational thoughts by logical reasoning. Its a structured procedure and needs to be taken by an experienced psychologist.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
