Hi Sir...I have been dignosed with Anexiety ... the doctor precribed me following tablets 1. StressNil 5.0, satolapam 10 Mg and Tayo(calcium). the problem is that i get addicted of this medicine..especially with stressnil.. please help me to get rid of this.

Stresnil contains alprazolam and it is a benzodiazepine. If you take this drug regularly, you would become dependence on it. In case, that either try to shift on longer acting benzodiazepine or take sedative antidepressant to stop this drug. In both of these option, it would be easier for you to leave stresnil.
