hello...u are suffering from cervical spondilytis. so u must be given some advise about some precautions and exercises u have to practiced. these exercises strengthen the muscles surrounding your neck which gives support to your cervical spines.
so your anxiety symptoms are episodic like come and go intermittently not lasting for more than 15 minutes then they are panic attacks and u must be feeling like loosing control, going crazy or feeling of impeding doom with other anxiety symptoms like nausea,
chest pain,
dizziness, difficulty in breathing, perspiration,
palpitation,
fainting etc...so your symptoms are similar to my narration then u shud take antidepressant medication along with anxiolytics to control these..
meds: tablet.
duloxetine [cymbalta or duloxee 20 mg] twice a day
tablet.
clonazepam [lonazep 0.25mg] twice a day.
the duloxetine is a SNRI antidepressant which will benefit u in pain of the spondilytis also. so as per my recommendation u shud take it regularly and u can increase the dose upto 40 mg twice a day within 1 to 2 mnths. decrease the dosage of clonazepam once your anxiety is under control..
if u wont be benefited in your dizziness and spinning symptoms then u can also go for the treatment of the vertigo, because it is common with patient of cervical spondilytis. treatment for that is tablet,
betahistine [vertin 8 mg] three times a day..go for vertin only after one month of above treatment..
best of luck..regularly do exercise for spondilytis..
