What s the name of the condition in which a person has severe anxiety and stress which causes vasoconstriction of the coronary arteries, that subsequently result in a M.I. The person has no signs or symptoms of organic heart disease and lipid levels are low as well as B.P. It is purely and anxirty induced M.I. Thanks

I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per your history indicates if every thing is alright and no clinical sign present then you can do a angiogram test to confirm 100% that there is no blockage present.If afterwards patient complains about it then it can be called as PANIC ATTACK so consult with a mental doctor and he will ask patient's relatives several questions to confirm the diagnosis.
