Suggest Treatment For Anxiety Disorder

Doc I just want to ask what is the best I can do to stop my anxiety disorder , Im suffering my anxiety for almost 5 years now I ve taking a variety of anti depressant medicine but does not wrok for me . I also consult a number of psychiatrist and they prescribe a anti depressant medicine .

Generalized anxiety disorder can be challenging if not responding to medication. Hope you took them for at least 4-6 weeks before changing or stopping them.Apart from antidepressants benzidiazipines are also given to treat this. Psychotherapy and lifestyle changes can help further.Smoking or alcohol consumption if any can worsen illness and interferes with treatment.
