Suggest Treatment For Anxiety Disorder , Chest Pain And Dizziness

Hi everyone :).(sorry, for my english. It isn't my first launguage) My story is long but i'll resume it the better i could cause my english is not good enough yet. i'm a 19 years old psychology student (i'm a girl) and I have an anxiety disorder and i'm obsessive compulsive specially with my health since i was 14. I've always felt sharp pains in chest, arrythmias, constipation, weird feeling in my throat, pressure in my head, headaches, numbness etc and i've had a crisis since 2 years ago, i had a ct scan at that moment and it was normal, my blood tests are also normal and my ECG and ecocardiography are 'excellent'. But the last months/weeks i'm getting worse my head is heavy when i move it or bend down mostly on the right side and sometimes it hurts, i feel nausea, drowsiness, dizzines, numbness in the right side of my face like my eyelid is heavy and i'm afraid i'm gonna have ptosis. I also feel weakness on my right hand. Can it be a brain tumour or just my anxiety disorder? I'm really scared because someone of my neighborhood had the same symptoms and it was a brain tumour and she died in 10 months :( And all stories i found in the web are freaking me out because it always has to do with brain tumours, aneurysms, etc HELP ME PLEASE (hope you had understood)

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. The medical names you are giving to your problems in itself clarifies you are obsessive. .... "You are really scared because someone of my neighborhood had the same symptoms and it was a brain tumour and she died in 10 months :( And all stories i found in the web are freaking me out because it always has to do with brain tumors, aneurysms,".... This is what we call health related obsession (street language is foolishness). Every test on your body is done and doctors said you have no problems. You are still in doubt because you don't know what is life. I suggest you to consult a psychologist for counseling.
