Hello,my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. When treating depression, several drugs are available.Medications usually take four to eight weeks to become fully effective. In some cases, a combination of antidepressants may be necessary. So for treating depression you can use
-SSRIs, such as prozac or
-SNRIs such as Effexoror
-sinequan
Sometimes an antidepressant combined with a second antidepressant from a different class, or a different type of medication altogether, can boost the effect of an antidepressant alone.
For treating anxiety you can use xanxa or valium. This will help you with the sleep too.
Hope this was helpful.
