Suggest Treatment For Anxiety Attacks

I am suffering from anxiety at the moment. Seperation anxiety. I always have this weird feeling in my tummy and often feel like I need a poo, a constant feeling but, if I go to the toilet, I don't actually need one? Do you have any ideas on why this is or what to do about it? Oh and I am a fifteen year old female.

Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

Due to stress, sympathetic system get activated and that increase in gastric movement. This is the reason in your case of having gastric upset in stressful condition. You can try low dose antidepressant or benzodiazepine to decrease stress. You can also try some relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing that would keep you calm. In case, you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
