Suggest Treatment For Anxiety Attacks

I always have a tingling sensation in my body, i often feel weak and dizzy also. I have been getting a sharp pain on the left side of my chest and i have awful anxiety attacks over almost nothing. I dont know what to do to get rid of these feelings - it feels like im just going to pass out sometimes.

when ever you feel like anxious, the first thing you have to do is stay calm in a relaxed position in a separate room and then start deep breathing exercise untill your anxiety goes off. you should do a daily morning walk for about 1/2 to 1 hour, that will surely help you. one more and best exercise for relaxation is "jacobson progressive muscle relaxation exercise" you can do it twice daily to reduce your anxiety. apart from it you can also be benefited from ssri medications but that should be taken only after consulting your psychiatrist.
