Suggest treatment for anxiety attacks

I've had episodes of blocked nasal passages and choking, as early as this summer, but have been experiencing swelling of the lips and tongue for about a month. I feel pressure and fluttering sensations under my ribs. I have anxiety, and my heart races. My fingers and toes had started to become blue and numb, at one point. It's difficult for food to move through my lower esophagus, but these feelings are reduced when I expectorate fluid.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Anxiety is well treated with anti-anxiety drugs. Therapies and other alternative methods can also be used, but could take time. Many researches and researchers confirm that medicines alone cannot cure mental disorders. Exercise, Life style changes, change in thinking pattern, relaxation etc are as essential as medicines. Psychotherapy can help you changing your lifestyle and thinking patterns. Yoga and meditation help you to streamline your metabolism and neurological balance. Please consult a psychologist for further information.

Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.
