Suggest Treatment For Anxiety Attacks When Diagnosed With Bells Palsy

I went to urgent care three weeks ago with what was diagnosed as Bells Palsy and an anxiety attack. Took heavy prednisone dose for several days. Seemed better but then this past Monday both sides of my face started drooping and I went to the ER. Doctors there think I was have a high anxiety attack as my face was twitching and my hands were trembling a lot. My hands always shake and tremble though but it has gotten a lot worse. Blood pressure at follow up doc appt yesterday was 100/89. I was having another anxiety attack because my face keeps twitching and drooping. I m 25 years old. No drugs or drinking. I just started looking at PNES possibility too. My doc is also referring me to a Neurologist. Also I had pneumonia on July 31st just as a little more health info. Any thoughts would be grateful.
