General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the severe level of anxiety with uncontrollable jerks of legs and arms indicate possible neurological condition underlying as tumor , degeneration or others. Swelling legs do indicate possible cellulitis , poor cardiac pumping, circulatory compromise or else. You must consult his primary care physician in this regard to evaluate thoroughly and decide further course of actions.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
