Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And Stress

at age around age 5 i was thron against the car window, shattering the glass (i cut just above the eye) i do not remember the instant but was told by my mother long after. from the beginning i had a learning disability at school and still have limited memory capablities. Could this event have had any impact on my learning . I DO SEEM TO HAVE A SMALL DEGREE OF ANXIETY AS i HAVE BEEN TOLD MY SPEECH IS ADEQUATE BUT NOT WHAT IT SHOULD BE.COULD I HAVE BEEN EFFECTED EVEN IN A SMALL WAY? CURRENTLY,IF I BECOME NOTABLY STRESSED, MY BLOOD SUGAR SEEMS TO BE EFFECTED AND I BECOME MENTALLY DISTORTED AND FATIDUED AND NEED TO TAKE A DOSE OF SUGAR,IE PILL, SUGAR JUICE, CANDY FOR RELIEF,PERHAPS ITS OLD AGE CAUSE I NEVER HAD THE PROBLEM BEFORE .IN SCHOOLING WORK I BARELY MADE THE GRADE. COULD IT BE IN MY DNA, OR EFFECTED BY THE TRAUMA TO THE HEAD AT THAT AGE?

This sounds to be associated with micro imbalances at the neuronal circuits not associated with minor cut through car glass window (provided internal injury was evaluated via CT scan at that point).

Best therapies to handle the issue would be:
- Regular deep breathing exercises.
- Yoga
- Walking in the fresh air.
- Balanced nutritious diet.
- Avoidance of smoking, alcohol if consuming.
- Regular sound sleep of 7 hours.
- Supportive intake of multivitamins, minerals, antioxidants.
- Manage blood sugar, cholesterol levels.
