Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And Stress

Okay Hi I am Brooke. I have a question I am not married however I have parents who are. i fear for them and I hope they don t get a divorce. My parents seem like they are together on weekends and at the end of workdays but when they are near each other during the beginning of the day it s ignoring. It seems awkward. I m kind of scared because they fight a lot more now then they really used to. My dad is just saying that she is in pain and maybe he is right. My sister is almost a legal adult, which means during these times she is more headstrong. I feel now like I am a counselor for my sister and an interpreter. I feel I am on the fence. Anyway, I also feel like my sister s problems with my mom are starting to damage my mom and dad s marriage. I m so scared. Now they fight a lot. They usually don t make up for hours and sometimes a day. It isn t the worst it has been though. When I was very young my mother kicked my father out of the house for three months! I was so scared. So it isn t the worst it has been. Things have gotten better, however, I still worry for them

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. You must worry for your parents and their attitudes towards each other. But that worry should not overwhelm you. There so many things beyond what you see. Your parents could be going through well in so many other aspects. Even if you are suspecting something, you should act and tell them that you are worried and the worry is taking its toll on you. No use keeping mum. You may compel your parents to visit a family psychologist for counseling.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
