Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your situation. From the history you have mentioned it appears clearly that you have anxiety disorder. Your symptoms got precipitated with some bad situation in street and later you started having these symptoms like feeling stressed, fear, dizziness etc. These symptoms resulted in avoidance to move out. Though detailed evaluation is needed but still these symptoms appear to be due to anxiety disorder. As per my opinion no need to fear from TIA (Transient ischaemic attack). I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist for these problems.

Medicines like SSRIs as Fluoxetine, Sertraline etc are commonly used in anxiety and phobic disorders. Apart from that Beta Blockers as Propranolol can be used in events of severe anxiety. Also try relaxation exercises to keep yourself relaxed.

Thanks, visit a psychiatrist for prescription of these drugs.
