General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Sorry to hear about your situation. I suggest that you call social services support they can guide you with the options that you have.

For the anxiety you need to minimize the stress by taking walks, healthy diet, and talking to family and people you trust.

If it gets out of control you will have to visit a psychiatrist to prescribe medications that can help you relax and sleep. this though need to be your last resort and under medical supervision as those medication can have serious side effects. Stay safe.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Ahmad Nazzal
