General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

I am very sorry for your loss.

Anteroseptal ischemia implies that there is an area of the heart receiving reduced blood supply.
Antero implies the front and the septal implies the septum or division aspect of the heart.

Reducing the risk would involve reducing any risk factors such as smoking, high cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes, inactivity
These are also factors that can commonly affect the blood supply to the heart.

I hope this helps
