Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. The report shows a bulky enlarged uterus with a fibroid in the anterior wall of uterus. However, the fibroid is very small and no treatment is needed if there is no excessive bleeding or any other menstrual irregularities.
Hope you found the answer helpful .
Wishing you good health.
