General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to arthritis.
I suggest to do an x-ray and an rheumatoid Factor blood level for further evaluation.
Meanwhile, I suggest to use anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain.
I also recommend cold compresses for local application.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
