Suggest Treatment For Ankle Pain After Ankle Sprain

I fell down the stairs maybe a week ago, I landed on one leg & it hurted my ankle so I had to limp to class. It stop hurting after a little bit but recently I have been practicing dancing & when I roll my ankle, it still kinda of hurts. Do you think I could have sprained it or hurt it?
