Suggest Treatment For Ankle Pain After Ankle Sprain
I fell down the stairs maybe a week ago, I landed on one leg & it hurted my ankle so I had to limp to class. It stop hurting after a little bit but recently I have been practicing dancing & when I roll my ankle, it still kinda of hurts. Do you think I could have sprained it or hurt it?
Hello I appreciate your concern This could be a residual effect of ankle sprain due to inadequate healing following injury
you need not to worry please follow these guidelines 1. Do Hot fomentation keep your both legs into a bucket filled with hot water for 10 minutes twice daily 2. Physiotherapy will definitely help you 3. Have a glass of milk daily and calcium with vitamin D supplements 4. Take rest for few more days 1 to 2 weeks
