Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Spain and swelling with blisters indicate significant ankle injury and she needs to be investigated urgently. Go to radiology center nearby you and get 1. Xray of ankle with tibia fibula anteroposterior and lateral views 2. Xray of foot anteroposterior and oblique views to rule out fracture. Keep limb elevated on two pillow and apply cold compresses every hourly. Apply foot slab from below knee to toes. Take tab diclofenac plus serratiopeptodase combination twice a day for 5 day's. If Xray shows fracture need to take urgent visit to orthopaedic surgeon asap. Do not neglect your health.
