Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

I understand that you are going through difficult time due to your problems. I presume that you have been diagnosed to have "agoraphobia". This is a phobic-anxiety disorder where the person has excessive fear of being in public or crowded places. Often these persons can have accompanying panic attacks.

Effective treatment is available for this problem in the form of medication or counselling. You are already on SSRI medication. So, in addition to that I would advise you to try psychological therapy like CBT.

Wish you all the best.

Regards,
Dr. Jonas Sundarakumar
