Suggest Treatment For Anejaculation In An Elderly Person Post A Vasectomy

I am a healthy 52 year old male. My question concerns my reproductive health. Over the last few months my ejaculate has decreased to the point where now it is virtually zero. I am married and my wife is my only partner. Our frequency of sexual relationships is about every two to three weeks. Is the decrease of ejaculate normal or is it a possible symptom of a bigger problem? Also I have had a vasectomy 13 years ago. Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Your ejaculations should be pretty much the same as they were before your vasectomy. You will still need to produce ejaculatory fluid, and it is going to look and feel just like it did before the operation.
This is an uncommon finding after a vasectomy that you are having nil ejaculation. However it is not alarming and you might overcome this with passing of time.
It may be related to a problem in your prostate or the attached glands, the seminal vesicles.
If the problem persists, you need to get yourself investigated and evaluated by consulting Urologist.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
