Hello and welcome to HCM,
Genital warts or condyloma acuminata are managed after clinical assessment of the lesions.
Treatment modalities for warts are- surgical removal or local application of medication which are effective against the virus or drugs which boost the immune system to fight against the virus.
The type of treatment can be decided after clinical assessment.
Some warts even resolve spontaneously without any intervention.
I suggest you consult a dermatologist or skin specialist for clinical assessment and thus management.

Thanks and take care
