General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I recommend you to take treatment for chronic constipation or ongoing diarrhea.

Sitz baths, or hip baths, can promote healing of an anal fissure. By soaking the rectal area in a tub of warm water two or three times a day for 10 to 15 minutes.

If the symptoms continue you should consult a surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
