Suggest Treatment For Anal Fissure

Hi, i am suffering from anal desease called fishers... i consulted a doctor he said its due to hard stool because of unstable diet. i am using the crema gel right now.. but it dies not help me.. he has given cremaffin tablet also.. to be taken only if more pain is there..Can u tell me is it harmful to take cremaffin..or is there any other ways to get out of it

Hi,

The best strategy to heal anal fissures is to avoid constipation. This can be done by using more fluids, more fibres like green veg and fruits. You can also use espheghula husk.

There is no harm in using cremaffin, as it also helps relieve constipation.

You can use local Lignocaine gel applied locally for the pain.
