General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
It can be treated with ointments, sitz baths, stool regulation however,
the best solution is surgery, called a lateral internal sphincterotomy (LIS), involves making a small cut in the anal sphincter muscle. It reduces pain and pressure, allowing the fissure to heal and offers permanent solution.
Wish you good health. Regards
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
