Suggest Treatment For Anal Fissure And Constipation
Suffering from anal fissure for the last one month. Started with slight red stains on stool. Multiple sessions of hard stool evacuation further irritated the anus leading to a swelling like skin extrusion. Have been applying pilex ointment for the last two weeks. Yesterday due to hard stool again there was major bleeding , instead of mere blood stains. Use of stool softening syrup made evacuation comfortable today. Should I continue using stool softener with spiceless and high fiber food intake or should I go for anal dilation or surgery? I am 24 years old
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern... Most common cause of fissure is constipation, hard stool passage, excessive straining during defecation, etc. as you said constipation is there fibres in diet should be increased, alternatively lactofiber can be used it contains natural isphagula husk. Laxatives such as duphalac or softovac can also be used.
If problem persists, you should visit a Gastroenterologist. Don't worry you would be fine Hoping your query is solved
