Hi, my name is Gurjeet. I'm 25 yrs old, 5'8" height and weigh 68kgs. I'm suffering from external piles from last 3 yrs. First 2 yr it was occasional bleeding, but from last 8 months I'm having severe pain plus bleeding plus swelling of anus. I tried homeopathy and allopathy, I got relieve as long as i used it, but the problem was never cured. 5 months back I visited a surgeon, after examining he asked me to operate it, but I was a bit reluctant to do as I came to know even that is not a permanent cure and in some cases it might lead to uncontrolled bowel movements. I am suffering from this problem from a long time and I want to cure it permanently or minimize it the lowest level. Kindly suggest me:
1. Which treatment should I take?
2. Should i go for surgery to get a permanent solution, which surgery would be best with least amount of risk involved.
3. Any medication you can suggest, unorthodox it may be.
4. Any other advice u want to give.
