Suggest Treatment For Anal Bleeding And Abscess

Hello, I went to the doctor because I had sore externally on my anus that was bleeding. I believed it to be an abcess. He agreed. I just got done taking antibiotics. I didn t bleed for the ten days I was on antibiotics. After that, I noticed a build up in left scrotum/growing area, when I squeezed it felt pressure to explode the abcess. The abcess didn t open at first and I noticed bleeding internally coming out of my anus. As I kept squeezing, the abcess opened and started bleeding again

Hello,

You may be suffering from fissure with perineal abscess. also possibility of fistula formation.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Use antibiotics and get it done ultrasound of perinium with proctoscopy.

Continue antibiotics for one to three weeks. If symptoms not improved get it done pus for culture sensitivity and microscope examination.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
