Suggest Treatment For Anaemia And Chronic Renal Failure

my aunt is 40 years old and is suffering from hyper tension and USG report shows small kidney and pathological report creatinine, blood urea potassium found raised and acc. to Dr. it is a case of CRF and patient is anemaic. PLz suggest the proper treatement for this disease..

Hi and welcome to HCM. As an Urologist, i can understand your anxiety.
Your aunt is suffering from CKD/ CRF with H.T. and anemia.
You should've written her Hb,creatinine,urea,uric acid,and electrolytes level.
She'll need to have a kidney biopsy to know cause of CRF.
In the long term,she'll need to undergo a kidney transplant.
Anemia is corrected by giving plasma infusions and erythropoeitin.
The earlier she has a transplant,the better for her.
