But I see from Ur question that u want treatment on ur terms - short, ayurvedic, budget, online.
Please be calm. Over anxious behaviour is also a reason for ulcers.

1. going by the description it could be 'erosive duodenitis' due to increased acid production in the stomach which causes inflammation and ulceration in duodenum.
2. It can result from day to day stress, faulty dietary habits and inappropriate life style and sometimes associated with H.Pylori infection.
PS. check with Gastro enterologist who after careful examination, assessment might opt for antibiotics and proton pump inhibitors.

. take small, non-bulky meals more frequently
. Drink lots of water to maintain hydration
. Avoid nicotine in any form.
. Regular moderate meals,take easily digestible foods, vegetables and fruits contain fibre in plenty and should be taken in plenty
. Exercise regularly & practice meditation.
. Avoid pain killers which may further aggravate the condition.
. Avoid staying awake late at nights, get sufficient sleep.
. bland and soft diet, more of milk
3. Since one has to continue with Ayurveda medicines for longer duration thus for shorter duration you have to look for other alternates
