Suggest Treatment For An Itchy, Red Rash Around The Nose Area

hello i have this red rash like thing around my nose and it gets really red, itchy, and flaks. the flaks went away later after the lotion but its still really red and it wont go away. I have tried many things like lotions moisturizers and acne products it seems to only be inflamed can you help me get this off my face fast please.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems red rash around the nose that itches and flakes seems to be due to Perioral Dermatitis..
It can be caused due to disturbances in microbial flora over the skin, bacterial infection,nasal and topical steroids, flouridated toothpastes, harsh chemical cosmetics, poor facial hygiene, hormonal imbalances etc..
I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can do a thorough clinical evaluation and advise you to apply topically ointments containing Doxycycline, Metronidazole..
You can also be advised oral intake of erythromycin..
Ointments containing Azaelic acid,Pimecrolimus etc can help..
Avoid any skin cosmetic or steroid ointments..
Avoid excess sun exposure, use gel based sunscreen lotion..
