Suggest Treatment For An Enlarged Testicle And Cord.

hi i had double inguinal surgery mid may of this year 2012... it is now sept 13th & it still seems like i have a helling ridge or bump that goes in & out in the area. also my left testickle is the size of a (baseball) like egg shape an kind of hard to the touch. urologist said it takes about nine months .doctor who operater said it takes about 9 weeks. keep getting different awnsers from different doctors. also the cord that is atchaced to the testicle is way larger than normal on the left testy
im scared & do not not who to trust or were to go from here

What was the surgery for? Please let me know the details of the surgery to better appreciate as to what was done and what are the expected results. If there is swelling it could be post operative orchitis or inflammation of testicle or cord or both. If you have fever you should get a urine culture done and rule out any infection. For the swelling you can take Tab Chymoral Forte thrice daily for 2-3 weeks and wear tighter underwear so that they dont hang. I can tell you more once I know exact details as I asked earlier.
