Suggest Treatment For An Enlarged Lymph Node On The Neck

Hi I have either an enlarged lymph or small lump on right side of neck under my ear. I also have some lumps on the side of my right head they are painful and a dull headache. this all started yesterday. I also have been battling an abcessed tooth but it s on the left side

Any boil or sebaceous infection or other condition may lead lesion .
Physical examination of lesion give more information about it.
Mention a size and consistency of lesion with colour of skin.

Consult a ENT specialist for further diagnosis.

You are mentioned that there is left side tooth abcess present. Untreated abcess may lead to spread a infection. Start a treatment according to situation of infection.
