Suggest Treatment For Altitude Sickness

i was visiting my friends in colorado the elevation is arounf 10,000 ft where i live in east texas wich is very low elevation i started walking up a staircase and when i got to the top it was hard for me to breathe later that night my chest on both sideswas cramping and now it seames to have move morepain to my heart. i dont know if this is altetude sickness or if i should get som help. i have been drinking lots of water and my urine is clear

Yes it might be the mountain sickness. However if you feel breathlessness you should get medical help.
