Suggest Treatment For Alopecia Totalis
good morning sir, i had Alopacia totalis.Doctors treated with TMA rolling and prescribed the minoxidil 5 % lotion, T-BIS, elocon lotion/cream. hair grown back on the scalp but again hair is falling and becoming baldness. since past one year i have same problem.Iam depressed. pl.help me YYYY@YYYY

Error our hair will come back so don't get depressed. First rule out autoimmune thyroiditis and diabetes by checking TSH and blood sugar level. If any abnormalities reported then start treatment concomitantly. Use betamethasone mini pulse. Apply minoxidil and potent steroid lotion. Tab biotin 10mg once daily
