Suggest Treatment For Allergic Eyes With Bubble On Eye

I ve had allergy eyes for a while now but ever since having had a cold 2 weeks ago my eyes have been severly irritated. I was on antibiotics for 7 days and I have polysporin drops that treat pink eye tho I m not sure if tis pink eye anymore. when I had the cold when my nose drained my one eye would drain this mucus discharge, it happened to both eyes. now I don t have a cold and my left eye is still irritated all the time. I wake up with it crusted and whenever I try to go to bed my eye will be fine up until I try to sleep and then it starts up again and takes forever to get some relief. I also noticed that if I lift the top eyelid where it feels like there is sand or a bubble on my eye I can see a lot of little clear bumps, that then turn a light whit clear color, and then finally look like its peeling off but its like in a sheet. doesn t have the consistancy of the mucus on the lower lid but after a while of well not playing with it it peels itself off bit by bit and then I can get it with a tissue or eye wash. what is this? am I peeling off a membrane I need? is this even pink eye at all? as well the left of my face tends to hurt at random as if I have a toothache in my eye and forehead. and it hurts to close the eye.
