Hello
As you mentioned that you are having allergic bronchitis . The main predisposing factors causing such symptoms are, mite , dust , pollen , hay , fumes , smoking ( active or passive ) , fine dusting powder, sudden increase or decrease in temperature .
So , if possible avoid these factors .
When such patient visit my clinic I prescribe them to take montelukast+ bambuterol( if breathlessness present ) tablet once or twice in day according to severity of symptoms .If no breathlessness not present then you may need drugs like montelukast+fexofenadine according to necessity.
Hot coffee and steam inhalation also provide relief .
Since this is a prescription medicine ,so consult a doctor and get his opinion.
I find this answer helpful
