Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. The symptoms like aggressive behaviour and anger outbursts on minor issues, lack of happiness, thinking again and again about new business and not satisfied with present things, depressed mood all suggest some form of depressive disorder and should not be ignored. A lot of individuals with depression some times show atypical symptoms like irritability, lack of happiness etc. If these symptoms are causing significant distress to your social and personal functioning then I would advise you to consult a doctor for expert opinion. Medicines like SSRIs or SNRIs are commonly used in depressive symptoms. Cognitive therapy also have excellent roles in depressive symptoms. Visit a psychiatrist for help.

Thanks, Hope this helps you. Take care
