Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. I can understand the state you are in. Because of the chronic nature of ADD, Just psychiatric treatment may not be enough for a cure. Many researches and researchers confirm that medicines alone cannot cure mental disorders. Life style changes, change in thinking pattern, relaxation etc are as essential as medicines. Psychotherapy can help you changing your lifestyle and thinking patterns. Yoga and meditation help you to streamline your metabolism and neurological balance. Please consult a psychologist for further information.

Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
