General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The best way to treat it is to do a throat culture to check which antibiotic can work best on it. Use the antibiotic and recheck 10 days after treatment. If nothing works you can do surgery.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
